हमीरपुर लोकसभा क्षेत्र : आधे – अधूरे वादों के साथ हैट्रिक की तैयारी में भाजपा

राठ शहर से रेलवे लाइन, विश्वविद्यालय निर्माण की घोषणाओं पर अमल ही नहीं हुआ। मौदहा बांध पेयजल योजना, रोडवेज का उच्चीकरण, राजकीय महाविद्यालय धन के अभाव में अधूरे पड़े हैं। आधे अधूरे वादों के साथ भारतीय जनता पार्टी लोकसभा क्षेत्र में हैट्रिक लगाने की तैयारी में है।
राठ शहर के औद्योगिक विकास व यातायात को सुगम बनाने के लिए करीब 6 दशक से रेलवे लाइन की मांग की जा रही है। वर्ष 2017 के विधानसभा चुनाव में तत्कालीन भाजपा अध्यक्ष व वर्तमान गृहमंत्री अमित शाह ने बीएनवी के मैदान पर जनसभा की थी। कहा था ट्रेन क्या हवा में चलती है। सपा सरकार जमीन ही नहीं दे रही।
प्रदेश में भाजपा सरकार बनने पर एक माह में रेलवे लाइन का काम शुरू हो जाएगा कराने का वादा किया था। 7 साल बाद भी रेलवे लाइन का वादा जमीन पर नहीं उतर पाया। उच्च शिक्षा के लिए एकमात्र ब्रह्मानंद महाविद्यालय सहारा है। जिसे विश्वविद्यालय बनाने की मांग भी पुरानी है। वर्ष 2022 के विधानसभा चुनाव में मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने इसी कॉलेज के मैदान में जनसभा की थी।
मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रदेश में दोबारा सरकार बनने पर स्वामी ब्रह्मानंद विश्वविद्यालय निर्माण का वादा किया था। सरकार बने डेढ़ साल हो गया पर विश्वविद्यालय बनाना भूल गए। जबकि महाविद्यालय प्रबंध तंत्र जमीन का सहमति पत्र भी सौंप चुका है। फिर भी बात आगे बढ़ती नहीं दिख रही। स्वामी ब्रह्मानंद की प्रपौत्री चंद्रकांता सिंह राजपूत छह माह से धरने पर बैठीं हैं।
वर्ष 2017 में योगी सरकार ने मौदहा बांध वाटर ट्रीटमेंट योजना के लिए धन की स्वीकृति दी। करीब 1 अरब की इस परियोजना में 8 साल में मात्र 20 करोड़ रुपए ही दिए गए। इस परियोजना के पूरा होने पर राठ शहर की पेयजल समस्या का स्थायी समाधान हो सकता था। धन के अभाव में यह महत्वपूर्ण परियोजना दम तोड़ रही है।
यातायात के लिए एकमात्र विकल्प रोडवेज बस डिपो है। करीब 5 साल पहले प्रदेश की योगी सरकार ने रोडवेज डिपो के कायाकल्प की योजना बनाई। काम शुरू हुआ पर धन के अभाव में यह योजना भी लटक गई। बारिश के समय रोडवेज डिपो में जलभराव रहता है। वहीं राजकीय महाविद्यालय का निर्माण कार्य भी अभी तक पूरा नहीं हुआ।
ऐसा नहीं है कि भाजपा सरकार में विकास नहीं हुआ। पर राठ क्षेत्र की बड़ी व महत्वपूर्ण मांगों पर कोरे वादे किए गए। भाजपा में टिकट मिलना जीत की गारंटी माना जाने लगा है। प्रत्यासी की साख और स्थानीय मुद्दे दरकिनार होने लगे। प्रत्यासी हो अथवा पदाधिकारी, सब का एकमात्र सहारा पीएम मोदी और सीएम योगी हैं। जिनके नाम पर चुनावी वैतरणी पार करने की तैयारी है।
