शादी समारोहों में फिजूलखर्ची रोकने व अमीर गरीब में समानता की भावना जगाने के लिए हमीरपुर जनपद के राठ नगर में मुस्लिम धर्मगुरुओं ने बड़ी पहल की है। यहां मुस्लिम समाज की शादियो में नाचगान, बैंड-बाजे व डीजे पर रोक लगा दी गई है। नाचगान होने पर काजी निकाह नहीं पढ़ेंगे। यह निर्णय शहर पेश इमाम की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित बैठक में लिया गया है।

शहर पेशइमाम मौलाना शाकिर अली बरकाती ने कहा कि नगर के तमाम उल्मा, हुफ्फाज, अइम्मा मसाजिद ने एक राय होकर तय किया है कि 2 अप्रैल से शादी, अकीका, सुन्नत बगैरह किसी प्रोग्राम में नाचगान, डीजे, ढोल तमाशा बगैरह नाजायज व खिलाफे शराह काम होंगे। ऐसे किसी भी कार्यक्रम और तकरीब में कोई भी आलिम, मुफ्ती, हाफिज व इमाम शामिल नहीं होंगे। न ही ऐसी शादी में कोई भी काजी निकाह पढ़ाने के लिए जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि शरई मामलों में अमीर-गरीब सभी बराबर हैं। उन्होंने सभी से ऐसे खिलाफै शराह कामों से खुद को व अपनी कौम को बचाने की गुजारिश की है।
