राठ में एसीजीएम कोर्ट के लिए एमएलसी जितेंद्र सिंह सेंगर ने सदन में आवाज बुलंद की

Hamirpur, UP : राठ क्षेत्रवासियों को सस्ता व सुलभ न्याय दिलाने के लिए अधिवक्ता संघ लंबे समय से राठ में अपर मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट न्यायालय के लिए संघर्ष कर रहा है। बुधवार को विधान परिषद के अनुपूरक सत्र में एमएलसी जितेंद्र सिंह सेंगर ने सदन में अधिवक्ताओं की आवाज बुलंद की। जिसपर सभापति कुंवर मानवेन्द्र सिंह द्वारा सरकार को आवश्यक कार्रवाई के लिए निर्देशित किया।
अधिवक्ता शहर में एसीजीएम कोर्ट स्थापना की मांग लंबे समय से करते चले आ रहे हैं। अभी वादकारियों को 85 किलोमीटर दूर जिला मुख्यालय जाना पड़ता है। स्थाई व्यवस्था होने तक कोर्ट संचालन के लिए अधिवक्ता संघ ने अपना भवन भी दे दिया था। कोर्ट स्थापना को लेकर अधिवक्ता लंबे समय से आंदोलन करते चले आ रहे हैं। बुधवार को विधान परिषद में एमएलसी जितेंद्र सिंह सेंगर ने इस मांग को प्रमुखता से रखा।
अधिवक्ता संघ के अध्यक्ष नवल किशोर नगायच व महामंत्री सुरेंद्र सिंह राजपूत ने कहा कोर्ट की स्थापना से बड़ी आबादी लाभान्वित होगी। बताया अधिवक्ता संघ द्वारा विधान परिषद के सभापति व सदस्य को मामले से अवगत कराया था। सभापति द्वारा मुख्यमंत्री को कोर्ट की शीघ्र स्थापना कराए जाने के संबंध में पत्र लिखा है। वहीं एमएलसी जितेंद्र सिंह सेंगर ने सदन में मामला उठाते हुए कोर्ट के शीघ्र संचालन की मांग की है।
अधिवक्ता संघ ने विधानपरिषद के सभापति कुंवर मानवेन्द्र सिंह व विधान परिषद सदस्य जितेंद्र सिंह सेंगर का आभार व्यक्त किया। साथ ही कहा स्थाई न्यायालय बनने तक अधिवक्ता संघ द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए गए भवन में कैंप कोर्ट स्थापित की जाए। साथ ही अविलंब अपर न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट की नियुक्ति हो। जिससे क्षेत्र की जनता को शीघ्र व सस्ता न्याय सुलभ हो।
