हमीरपुर; जनपद में ठप होगा मनरेगा का काम, समस्याओं का निदान न होने से आहत कर्मियों ने लिया फैसला

हमीरपुर जनपद के मनरेगा कर्मी सामाजिक सुरक्षा व लंबित समस्याओं का निदान न होने से आहत हैं। करीब 13 वर्ष से कार्यरत इन कर्मचारियों को सम्मानजनक मानदेय भी नहीं मिल रहा है। संघ के प्रांतीय आवाहन पर बुधवार को जनपद के सभी विकासखंडों में ज्ञापन सौंपते हुए मनरेगा कर्मियों ने गुरूवार से कार्य बहिष्कार की चेतावनी दी है।

शासन द्वारा ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने के लिए महात्वाकांक्षी मनरेगा योजना संचालित की जा रही है। इस योजना के सफल क्रियान्वयन का जिम्मा रोजगार सेवक, तकनीकी सहायक, अतिरिक्त कार्यक्रम, अधिकारी सहायक लेखाकार व कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर का है। यह कर्मचारी योजना की रीढ़ माने जाते हैं लगभग तेरह से 15 वर्षों से तैनात इन कर्मचारियों का को अभी तक सम्मानजनक मानदेय भी नहीं दिया जा रहा है। तथा डिमांड आधारित मनरेगा योजना को लक्ष्य आधारित बनाकर इनका शोषण किया जा रहा है।

कर्मचारियों द्वारा समान कार्य समान वेतन की मांग वर्षो से की जा रही है। लेकिन अब तक इन्हें झूठे आश्वासन ही मिलता रहे हैं। जिससे प्रदेशभर के कर्मचारियों में अब उबाल आ गया है। ग्राम रोजगार सेवक संघ के जिलाध्यक्ष उत्तम सिंह, तकनीकी सहायक संघ के दिलीप शुक्ला, एपीओ संघ के जिला अध्यक्ष नीरज सिंह, लेखाकार संघ के अरुण कुशवाहा, कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर संघ के जिलाध्यक्ष कुलदीप ने बताया कि इतने वर्षों की सेवा के बाद सरकार कर्मचारियों को जैम पोर्टल के माध्यम से निजी हाथों में सौंपने की योजना बना रही है।

सम्मानजनक मानदेय व सामाजिक सुरक्षा की कोई गारंटी भी नहीं है। जिससे प्रदेशभर के मनरेगा कर्मचारी आक्रोशित हैं। पंचायत चुनाव में प्रदेश में लगभग आधा सैकड़ा से अधिक साथी कोरोना बीमारी से काल के गाल में समा गए हैं। आगे बताया कि बुधवार को सभी विकास खंडों में ज्ञापन सौंपा गया है। गुरुवार से मनरेगा का काम पूरे जनपद में ठप करने का फैसला लिया गया है।
