Hamirpur News: उत्तर प्रदेश के हमीरपुर जिले के राठ कस्बे में लिव इन रिलेशनशिप का चौंकाने वाला मामला सामने आया है। एक युवती ने अपने पड़ोसी युवक पर आरोप लगाया है कि उसने शादी का झांसा देकर पहले उन्हें प्रेम जाल में फंसाया और फिर आठ माह तक अलग-अलग जगहों पर अपने साथ रखा। अब शादी से साफ इंकार कर दिया और युवती को बीच रास्ते में छोड़कर फरार हो गया।
कैसे हुआ प्यार और धोखा?
पीड़िता ने पुलिस को बताया कि आरोपी युवक अक्सर उनकी गली में आता-जाता था। वहीं से नजदीकियां बढ़ीं और फिर युवक ने शादी का वादा किया।
- 13 अक्टूबर 2024 को युवक युवती को दिल्ली ले गया।
- एक माह वहां साथ रखा और फिर तीन माह तक अपने घर में रखा।
- इसके बाद दोबारा दिल्ली ले गया और चार माह तक रखा।
इस दौरान युवती का आरोप है कि प्रेमी ने शारीरिक शोषण किया। लेकिन जब शादी की बात आई तो युवक ने 13 अगस्त 2025 को साफ मना कर दिया और युवती को दिल्ली में ही अपने मामा के घर छोड़कर भाग निकला। फोन भी बंद कर लिया।
युवती का दर्द और पुलिस की कार्रवाई
युवती किसी तरह अपने परिजनों से संपर्क कर घर लौटी और रविवार शाम राठ कोतवाली में तहरीर दी। कोतवाली के एसएसआई शिवसहाय सरोज ने बताया कि पूरे मामले की जांच संबंधित दरोगा को सौंपी गई है।
इसी तरह का एक मामला हाल ही में मेरठ टोल प्लाजा विवाद में भी देखने को मिला था, जहां सामाजिक मुद्दे ने बवाल का रूप ले लिया। राठ का यह केस भी अब चर्चा का विषय बना हुआ है।
लिव इन रिलेशनशिप और कानून
भारत में Live in Relationship case बढ़ते जा रहे हैं। कानून के मुताबिक, यदि कोई युवक-युवती लंबे समय तक साथ रहते हैं और शादी का वादा टूटता है, तो इसे धोखाधड़ी और शारीरिक शोषण माना जा सकता है।
