युवक की आत्महत्या मामले में कोर्ट के आदेश पर, पत्नी सहित चार के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज

हमीरपुर जनपद में ससुराल में जहर खाने से युवक की मौत मामले में पिता ने ससुरालियों पर आत्महत्या के लिए दबाव बनाने का आरोप लगाया। पुलिस में शिकायत की पर कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई। उच्चाधिकारियों को भी पत्र भेज कर थक गया। आखिर में कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया। कोर्ट के आदेश पर मृतक की पत्नी सहित चार ससुरालियों के खिलाफ थाने में मुकदमा दर्ज हुआ।
पैसा लुटाने के बाद भी ससुराल में हो रहा था जलील
महोबा जनपद के खरेला थाना क्षेत्र के कुड़ार गांव निवासी हरीसिंह ने बताया 2017 में पुत्र अरविंद की शादी जरिया थाने के गोहांड कस्बा निवासी चेता की पुत्री सखिया के साथ की थी। करीब सवा साल से बहू मायके में थी। अरविंद पत्नी को लेने जाता तो उसके ससुराली बहाने से रुपये ऐंठ लेते और उसे बेइज्जत कर भगा देते थे। सास का हाथ टूटने पर अरविंद अपने ममेरे भाई बिहूनी गांव निवासी जीतू के साथ 1 अक्टूबर 2021 को ससुराल गया।
जहर खाने के बाद तड़पता देखते रहे ससुराली
उपचार के लिए ससुरालियों ने उससे 35 हजार रुपये ले लिए। पत्नी को भेजने की बता कहने पर जलील कर भगा दिया। आरोप लगाया अपमान से आहत होकर दूसरे दिन अरविंद ने जहर खाकर आत्महत्या कर ली थी। थाना सहित उच्चाधिकारियों से शिकायत पर कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई। पीड़ित ने कोर्ट में न्याय की गुहार लगाई। कोर्ट के आदेश पर मृतक की पत्नी सखिया, ससुर चेता, सास रामप्यारी व साले निर्भय के खिलाफ आत्महत्या के लिए प्रेरित करने का मुकदमा दर्ज हुआ।
