हमीरपुर जनपद में राठ कोतवाली क्षेत्र के एक गांव निवासी महिला ने दूसरे गांव के युवक पर दुष्कर्म का आरोप लगाया था। पुलिस ने महिला की तहरीर पर आरोपी के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया। महिला को डॉक्टरी परीक्षण के लिए अस्पताल भेजा है।

राठ कोतवाली क्षेंत्र के एक गांव निवासी महिला ने बताया 6 जनवरी की रात अपने घर में सो रहीं थीं। तभी रिहुंटा गांव निवासी शिवम राजपूत उनके घर में घुस आया। आरोप है दबंग ने उनका मुंह दबाकर जबरन शारीरिक संबंध बनाए। चीखपुकार मचाने पर उनके सास, ससुर, देवर व पड़ोसी मौके पर पहुंच गए।

परिजन व पड़ोसियों के आने पर आरोपी जान से मारने की धमकी देते हुए भाग गया। पीड़िता ने बताया उनके पति बाहर रहते हैं। पति के घर आने पर कोतवाली में तहरीर दी। कोतवाल तारासिंह पटेल ने कहा तहरीर के आधार पर दुष्कर्म का मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है। महिला को डॉक्टरी परीक्षण के लिए भेजा है।
