Hamirpur News: बालिका से दुष्कर्म के आरोप में नामजद युवक का शव रविवार सुबह गांव से करीब दो किलोमीटर दूर एक नीम के पेड़ से लटका मिला। ग्रामीणों की सूचना पर पुलिस टीम मौके पर पहुंची और जांच कर शव को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया। घटना के बाद पूरे क्षेत्र में सनसनी फैल गई।

UP Crime News Case: बहाने से ले गया था आरोपी
शनिवार रात बिवांर थाना क्षेत्र के एक गांव में तेली भोज का आयोजन था। 10 वर्षीय बालिका अपनी मां के साथ कार्यक्रम में पहुंची थी। ग्रामीणों के अनुसार, गांव का युवक सतीश उर्फ आलोक प्रजापति बालिका को दूध देने के बहाने अपने घर ले गया और पशुबाड़े में बंद कर उसके साथ दुष्कर्म किया।
बालिका की चीख सुनते ही आरोपी मौके से फरार हो गया। देर रात पीड़िता की मां ने पुलिस को तहरीर दी, जिसके आधार पर FIR दर्ज की गई।

रातभर तलाश और सुबह मिली लाश
पुलिस ने आरोपी के खिलाफ:
- दुष्कर्म,
- अपहरण,
- तथा POCSO Act
के तहत गंभीर धाराओं में मामला दर्ज कर खोजबीन शुरू कर दी।
पूरी रात पुलिस व ग्रामीण खोज में लगे रहे। सुबह ग्रामीणों ने नीम के पेड़ पर लटका शव देखा और पुलिस को सूचना दी।

सीओ मौदहा राजकुमार पांडे ने बताया कि शनिवार को दुष्कर्म की FIR दर्ज की गई थी और रविवार सुबह आरोपी का शव मिला। प्रथम दृष्टया यह आत्महत्या प्रतीत होती है, लेकिन हर पहलू से जांच जारी है। पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट के बाद पूरे मामले की पुष्टि होगी।

पहले भी कर चुका था ऐसे प्रयास
ग्रामीणों के अनुसार आरोपी अविवाहित था और परिवार में लगभग दो बीघा जमीन है। वह ट्रैक्टर चलाकर व मजदूरी कर अपना गुजारा करता था। गांव वाले यह भी बताते हैं कि वह पहले भी तीन बार दुष्कर्म की कोशिश कर चुका था।
थाना प्रभारी नंदराम प्रजापति ने कहा कि युवक का शव नीली चादर से पेड़ पर लटका मिला। जांच हर एंगल से होगी। शुरुआती जानकारी के अनुसार आरोपी ने आत्मग्लानि और कानून के डर से यह कदम उठाया है।”
UP Crime News Case मामले में पुलिस की जांच जारी
पुलिस ने शव को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेजकर ग्रामीणों, परिजनों और कार्यक्रम में मौजूद लोगों से पूछताछ शुरू की है। पुलिस का कहना है कि मेडिकल रिपोर्ट और तकनीकी साक्ष्यों के आधार पर आगे की कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
