नाबालिग छात्रा से सामूहिक दुष्कर्म, बंद पड़ी गल्ला मंडी में ले गए थे दो युवक

Hamirpur, UP : भरुआ सुमेरपुर के एक गांव निवासी नाबालिग छात्रा को दो युवक जबरन बाइक पर बैठा कर ले गए। आरोप है विदोखर की बन्द पड़ी गल्ला मंडी में ले जाकर सामूहिक दुष्कर्म किया। छात्रा अपने घर से कोचिंग पढ़ने जा रही थी। छात्रा की मां ने आरोपियों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कराया है।
भरुआ सुमेरपुर क्षेत्र के एक गांव निवासी महिला ने पुलिस को दी तहरीर में बताया 27 नवम्बर की सुबह उनकी नाबालिग पुत्री कोचिंग पढ़ने गयीं थीं। रास्ते में गांव के ही आर्यन सिंह व शिवांशु सिंह मिले। आरोप है दोनों ने उनकी पुत्री को जबरिया बाइक पर बैठा लिया। इंगोहटा छानी मार्ग पर बनी गल्ला मंडी में ले गए।
आरोप है सुनसान पड़ी गल्ला मंडी में दोनों आरोपियों ने उनकी पुत्री के साथ दुष्कर्म किया। आरोपियों के चंगुल से छूटने के बाद घर पहुंची छात्रा ने परिजनों को घटना की जानकारी दी। महिला ने बताया जब वह आरोपियों के उलाहना देने पहुंचीं तो उनके साथ भी गालीगलौच करते हुए जान से मारने की धमकी दी।
पीड़िता की मां ने दोनों युवकों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कराया है। पुलिस ने आरोपियों के खिलाफ दुष्कर्म, धमकाने व 3/4 पॉक्सो एक्ट के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज लिया। वहीं पीड़िता का डाक्टरी परीक्षण कराया है। घटना के बाद से दोनों आरोपी फरार हो गए।
