विरमा नदी का खूनी रपटा, पहले भी हो चुके हैं हादसे

Hamirpur, UP ; राठ के रौरो गांव में विरमा नदी पर बना रपटा खूनी रपटा बन चुका है। गुरुवार को दो किसानों की रपटे से बहने पर मौत हो गयी। इससे पहले भी यहां हादसे हुए हैं। ग्रामीण रपटे की जगह पुल निर्माण की मांग कर रहे हैं। जिससे हादसों में मौतों को रोका जा सके।
राठ कोतवाली क्षेत्र के रौरो गांव निवासी धर्मराज राजपूत (28) गांव के ही ज्ञानसिंह श्रीवास (32) के साथ गुरुवार सुबह अपने खेतों में भरे बारिश का पानी निकालने गए थे। बताया पानी भरने से खेत की मेड़ टूट जाती है। विरमा नदी के रपटे पर पानी के तेज बहाव में बाइक अनियंत्रित होकर गिर गई। जिसमें दोनों रपटे से बहते हुए नदी के गहरे पानी में समा गए और उनकी मौत हो गयी।
इससे पहले 23 जून की सुबह नगर के पठानपुरा मोहल्ला निेवासी प्रदीप कुमार व करन सिंह रौरो गांव अर्जुन सिंह की शादी में शामिल होने जा रहे थे। रपटे के तेज बहाव में दोनों बाइक सहित बह गए थे। नदी किनारे लगे पोल को पकड़े चीखपुकार मचाते रहे। जानकारी होने पर ग्रामीणों ने दोनों को बाहर निकाला। वहीं पानी का बहाव कम होने पर देर शाम उनकी बाइक मिली।
एक सप्ताह में दूसरी घटना होने से ग्रामीणों में आक्रोश है। ग्रामीणों का कहना है पुल न होने के कारण हादसे होते हैं। शासन प्रशासन से मांग के बावजूद कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई। जिसकी कीमत धर्मराज व ज्ञानसिंह को अपनी जान देकर चुकानी पड़ी। बताया यदि पुल का निर्माण नहीं होता तो इसी तरह के हादसों से इनकार नहीं किया जा सकता। बारिश में रपटा से पानी बहने पर गांव का आवागमन बन्द हो जाता है।
