श्रद्धा व उत्साह से मनाया जन्माष्टमी का पर्व
हमीरपुर जनपद में द्वारकाधीश योगीराज श्रीकृष्ण का जन्मोत्सव शुक्रवार को भी धूमधाम से मनाया गया। माखन चोर के आगमन की तैयारी में मंदिरों में विभिन्न प्रकार की सजावट की गई। लोगों ने अपने घरों के मंदिरों को भी आकर्षक तरीके से सजाया। दिन भर व्रत रखने के बाद शाम को भगवान श्रीकृष्ण का जन्म कराया गया। जिसके बाद पंचामृत, माखन, मिश्री व मेवा का भोग लगाकर श्रद्धालुओं ने प्रसाद ग्रहण किया। जन्माष्टमी पर घरों में नन्हे मुन्ने बच्चों को राधा कृष्ण के रूप में सजाया गया। विधि विधान से पूजा अर्चना भी की गई। वहीं थाना चौकियों में भी श्रीकृष्ण जन्मोत्सव धूमधाम से मनाया गया।
रात 12 बजे तक कृष्ण प्रेमी रखते हैं व्रत
जन्माष्टमी का उत्सव कृष्ण भक्त पूरी श्रद्धा व उत्साह से मनाते हैं। भगवान श्रीकृष्ण ने रात्रि 12 बजे कंश के कारागार में जन्म लिया था। इसी लिए रात के बारह बजे तक व्रत रखा जाता है। घरों में खीरे रूपी गर्भ से भगवान का जन्म कराया जाता है। जिसके बाद प्रसाद व भोजन से व्रत का समापन होता है। भगवान श्रीकृष्ण का जन्म होते ही घरों से बधाई गीतों की मधुर आवाजें गूंजने लगतीं हैं। यह उत्सव लगातार छह दिन तक चलता है। छठ पूजन के बाद जन्माष्टमी उत्सव का समापन होता है।
