Unfunded Teachers Association: वित्तविहीन विद्यालयों के शिक्षक पूरे मनोयोग से बच्चों को शिक्षा देकर काबिल बनाते हैं। बात जब उन्हें मानदेय देने की हो तो सरकारों का रुख हमेशा उपेक्षा पूर्ण होता है।

Hamirpur News: राठ के प्रतिष्ठित चित्रगुप्त इंटर कॉलेज में वित्तविहीन शिक्षक महासभा का दो दिवसीय प्रदेशीय चिंतन शिविर हुआ। समापन सत्र में मुख्य अतिथि विधान परिषद के सभापति कुंवर मानवेंद्र सिंह रहे। शिविर में वित्तविहीन विद्यालयों के शिक्षकों की समस्याएं जोरशोर से उठायीं गयीं।

महासभा के वरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष डॉ सत्यनारायण सिंह परिहार ने कहा कि वित्तविहीन विद्यालयों के शिक्षकों के परिवार अभाव में जी रहे हैं। बोर्ड परीक्षा में प्रदेश व जनपद की टॉप टेन सूची में इन्हीं विद्यालयों के सर्वाधित बच्चे आते है। टॉपर्स बनाने वाले शिक्षक आर्थिक अभाव में अपने बच्चों को अच्छी शिक्षा नहीं दिला पाते। वित्तविहीन शिक्षकों के लिए सेवानियमावली व मानदेय की मांग पर ध्यान नहीं दिया जा रहा है।

समापन सत्र के मुख्य अतिथि विधान परिषद के सभापति कुंवर मानवेंद्र सिंह ने कहा कि सदन में शिक्षकों की बात रखने के लिए उनके प्रतिनिधि होते हैं। यदि जनप्रतिनिधियों द्वारा शिक्षकों की समस्याओं को सदन में उठाया जाता है तो वह अपने स्तर से निराकरण कराने का प्रयास करेंगे। कहा कि उनके निर्देश पर सदन के नेता केशव प्रसाद मौर्य की अध्यक्षता में समिति गठित की गई है। जिसमें शिक्षक व स्नातक विधायक सदस्य हैं।
