राठ में जीएसटी विभाग के खिलाफ व्यापारियों ने किया प्रदर्शन, उत्पीड़न का आरोप

Hamirpur News: जीएसटी विभाग पर उत्पीड़न का आरोप लगाते हुए उत्तर प्रदेश उद्योग व्यापार मंडल ने राठ तहसील परिसर में जोरदार प्रदर्शन किया। मुख्यमंत्री को संबोधित ज्ञापन एसडीएम कार्यालय में सौंपा है। ज्ञापन में जीएसटी विभाग से समस्याएं बताते हुए निस्तारण की मांग की है।
जिलाध्यक्ष केजी अग्रवाल ने संभाली प्रदर्शन की कमान
प्रदर्शन का नेतृत्व व्यापार मंडल के जिलाध्यक्ष केजी अग्रवाल ने किया। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य कर विभाग कुछ माह से व्यापारियों का उत्पीड़न कर रहा है। उनके बैंक खाते सीज किए जा रहे हैं। ई मेल से नोटिस दी जाती है जिसे व्यापारी देख नहीं पाते हैं। बताया कि एक आदेश में 5 हजार की वसूली के लिए स्कूटी जब्त की गई। वहीं दूसरे मामले में 10 हजार की वसूली में पुराना सोफा सैट जब्त कर लिया गया।

बोले व्यापारी- अपमानित कर रहा जीएसटी विभाग
इस कार्रवाई को अनुचित व व्यापारियों को अपमानित करने वाला बताया। बताया कि जिले में राज्य कर जीएसटी विभाग धारा 79 का उपयोग कर व्यापारियों के खाते सीज कर रहा है। आरोप लगाया कि विभाग धारा 79 का दुरुपयोग कर अपना गुड वर्क दिखा रहा है। प्रदेश भर में उत्पीड़न व शोषण से व्यापारियों में आक्रोश है। ज्ञापन में जीएसटी विभाग की उत्पीड़नात्मक कार्रवाई पर रोक लगाने की मांग की है।

व्यापार मंडल ने ज्ञापन के माध्यम से जीएसटी की दरें कम करने, इनकम टैक्स की तरह जीएसटी में भी रिवाइस रिटर्न की सुविधा प्रदान करने की मांग की है। प्रदीप गुप्ता, काशीप्रसाद गुप्ता, दीपेंद्र बुधौलिया, शिवशरण सोनी, प्रमोद गुप्ता, कामता प्रसाद बबेले, रहमत बेग, मनोज सोनी, सप्पू खान आदि रहे।
