Hamirpur News: मौदहा कोतवाली क्षेत्र में मोबाइल चोरी के शक में एक युवक को दबंगों द्वारा बंधक बनाकर बेरहमी से पीटने का मामला सामने आया है। घटना से गांव में तनाव का माहौल है, जबकि पुलिस ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए कई आरोपियों को हिरासत में ले लिया है।

पीड़ित का आरोप: खेत में पानी लगाते समय उठा ले गए आरोपी
घटकना गांव निवासी श्याम सुंदर कुशवाहा पुत्र लल्लू ने पुलिस को दी गई तहरीर में बताया कि वह खेतों की सिंचाई कर रहा था। इसी दौरान गांव के ही पांच लोगों ने उसे घसीटते हुए बंधक बना लिया और गाली-गलौज करते हुए मारपीट की। पीड़ित का कहना है कि आरोपियों ने बिना किसी सबूत के उस पर मोबाइल चोरी का आरोप लगाकर यह हरकत की।

गांव में मोबाइल चोरी को लेकर चर्चा तेज
गांव में चर्चा है कि जिन लोगों ने युवक की पिटाई की, उनका मोबाइल खो गया था और शक के आधार पर उन्होंने श्याम सुंदर को ही जिम्मेदार ठहरा दिया। हालांकि पुलिस का कहना है कि मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच की जाएगी और दोषी पाए जाने पर दोनों पक्षों पर कार्रवाई तय है।

कोतवाली प्रभारी ने क्या कहा?
Mobile theft accused youth मामले में मौदहा कोतवाली प्रभारी संतोष कुमार सिंह ने बताया कि पीड़ित की तहरीर पर मारपीट का मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि आरोपियों को हिरासत में लेकर पूछताछ की जा रही है। पूरे मामले की जांच की जाएगी और तथ्य सामने आने पर सख्त कार्रवाई होगी।
कानून हाथ में लेने वालों पर होगी सख्त कार्रवाई
मोबाइल चोरी हो या कोई भी विवाद — कानून अपने हाथ में लेना दंडनीय अपराध है। किसी पर भी बिना प्रमाण के हिंसा करना आईपीसी की कई धाराओं के तहत गंभीर अपराध माना जाता है।
