Hamirpur News: किसानों ने किया रोड जाम, बोले नहर में पर्याप्त पानी न आने से सूख रही फसलें

Hamirpur News: मौदहा-बिवांर मार्ग पर किसानों ने जाम लगा दिया। किसानों का कहना है कि नहरों में पर्याप्त पानी नहीं आ रहा। इस समय गेहूं की फसल को सिंचाई की आवश्यकता है। गेहूं में बालियां बनने लगीं हैं। दानों के पोषण के लिए पानी की आवश्यकता है। समय से सिंचाई न होने पर फसलों के सूखने की आशंका है। पुलिस ने समझा बुझाकर जाम खुलवाया।

सिंचाई न हुई तो सूख जाएगी गेहूं की फसल
सायर गांव के प्रधान प्रदीप विश्वकर्मा, बेनीप्रसाद मौर्य, अशोक शुक्ला, दीपक, रफीक, छुट्टन, दीपू वर्मा आदि किसानों ने बताया कि सुमेरपुर ब्रांच की नहर से उनके खेतों में सिंचाई होती है। नहर में पर्याप्त मात्रा में पानी नहीं आ रहा है। जिससे खेतों की सिंचाई नहीं हो पा रही। किसानों ने बताया कि एक माह से फसलों की सिंचाई नहीं हुई है। जिससे गेहूं की पैदावार प्रभावित होने की संभावना है।

नहर रखरखाव के नाम पर होता है गोलमाल
सिंचाई न होने से परेशान सायर गांव के किसानों ने रविवार सुबह मौदहा-बिवांर मार्ग पर नहर पुलिया के पास जाम लगा दिया। जाम की वजह से दोनों ओर वाहनों की लाइन लग गई। किसानों का कहना है कि मुख्य नहर कमजोर है जिस वजह से पूरा पानी नहीं छोड़ा जाता। जबकि नहर के रखरखाव के नाम पर प्रत्येक वर्ष लाखों की रकम ठिकाने लगा दी जाती है। जाम की सूचना पर बिवांर थाना पुलिस भी मौके पर पहुंच गई। अधिकारियों से बात कर समस्या के समाधान का आश्वासन देकर जाम खुलवाया।

समस्या को लेकर पहले भी धरना दे चुके हैं किसान
किसानों ने बताया कि मौदहा बांध की नहरों में काफी समय से पर्याप्त मात्रा में पानी नहीं आ रहा है। जिसको लेकर 19 फरवरी को बिवांर के किसानों ने मौदहा बांध के हेड पर जाकर धरना दिया था। जिसके बाद छानी ब्रांच में दस सेंटीमीटर पानी बढ़ाया गया था। जिसके बाद भी किसानों को सिंचाई के लिए पर्याप्त पानी नहीं मिल रहा है। जाम लगाए सायर गांव के किसानों ने कहा कि समस्या का समाधान न होने पर आंदोलन करेंगे।
