15 साल की बालिका से दरिंदगी: एक ने कमरे में बंद किया और दूसरे ने किया दुष्कर्म

Hamirpur: जिले के चिकासी थाना क्षेत्र के एक गांव में 15 वर्षीय किशोरी से दुष्कर्म का मामला सामने आया है। पीड़िता के पिता की तहरीर पर पुलिस ने गांव के ही दो युवकों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है।
घटना का विवरण
पीड़िता के पिता ने पुलिस को दी गई शिकायत में बताया कि 13 अगस्त को वह पत्नी संग मायके गए थे और घर पर तीनों बेटियां अकेली थीं। 17 अगस्त को घर लौटने पर उनकी 15 वर्षीय बेटी ने रोते हुए आपबीती बताई।
किशोरी ने बताया कि 16 अगस्त की शाम करीब सात बजे गांव का युवक मुनीम पुत्र शिवनारायण उसे खाना बनाने के बहाने अपने पशुबाड़े में ले गया और बाहर से ताला बंद कर चला गया। वहां पहले से मौजूद दीपेन्द्र पुत्र बाबूराम ने उसके साथ जबरन दुष्कर्म किया। विरोध करने पर आरोपी ने जान से मारने की धमकी दी।
पुलिस की कार्रवाई
थाना प्रभारी संतोष कुमार ने बताया कि पीड़िता के पिता की तहरीर पर आरोपी दीपेन्द्र के खिलाफ दुष्कर्म व POCSO एक्ट की धारा में और आरोपी मुनीम के खिलाफ आपराधिक षड्यंत्र रचने की धारा में केस दर्ज कर लिया गया है।
दोनों आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी के लिए पुलिस टीम गठित कर दी गई है। थाना प्रभारी ने कहा कि जल्द ही आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर आगे की कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
