दिल्ली की रहने वाली 27 वर्षीय एक युवती को अचानक पेट में असहनीय दर्द और दो दिनों से शौच न आने की समस्या ने अस्पताल पहुंचा दिया। जब डॉक्टरों ने कारण जानना चाहा तो मामला कुछ ऐसा निकला कि खुद मेडिकल स्टाफ भी चौंक गया।
यौन जिज्ञासा में उठाया खतरनाक कदम
पूछताछ में युवती ने कबूल किया कि उसने यौन सुख की तलाश में एक मॉइस्चराइजर की बोतल अपने प्राइवेट पार्ट में डाली, लेकिन वह अंदर फंस गई। शुरुआत में उसने इस बात को नजरअंदाज किया, लेकिन जब पेट में सूजन और भारीपन बढ़ा, तब जाकर वह नजदीकी अस्पताल पहुंची।

प्राथमिक जांच में जब एक्स-रे किया गया तो बोतल की स्थिति साफ हो गई — वह युवती की आंत (intestine) तक पहुंच चुकी थी। लोकल अस्पताल की टीम इसे निकालने में असफल रही, जिसके बाद युवती को इमरजेंसी में दिल्ली के एक बड़े निजी अस्पताल में रेफर किया गया।
बिना सर्जरी निकाली गई पूरी बोतल
अस्पताल की सर्जरी टीम जिसमें डॉ. तरुण मित्तल, डॉ. आशीष डे, डॉ. अनमोल आहूजा, डॉ. श्रेयष मंगलिक और एनेस्थेटिस्ट डॉ. प्रशांत अग्रवाल शामिल थे, उन्होंने तुरंत एक्शन लिया। सिग्मॉइडोस्कोपी (Sigmoidoscopy) तकनीक की मदद से बिना पेट काटे पूरी बोतल को बाहर निकाला गया।

युवती की हालत में सुधार, अगले दिन मिली छुट्टी
प्रोसेस के तुरंत बाद युवती की हालत में सुधार देखा गया और अगले ही दिन उसे अस्पताल से छुट्टी दे दी गई। डॉक्टरों के मुताबिक यदि थोड़ी और देर होती तो आंत फटने (intestinal rupture) का खतरा था, जिससे स्थिति जानलेवा हो सकती थी।
सलाह: अकेलापन और मानसिक स्थिति भी समझना जरूरी
डॉ. तरुण मित्तल ने कहा कि ऐसे केस में सिर्फ शारीरिक इलाज नहीं, बल्कि मानसिक काउंसलिंग भी जरूरी होती है। कई बार अकेलापन और सेक्सुअल जिज्ञासा के कारण व्यक्ति खतरनाक कदम उठा लेता है।
