रोहिणी के मुताबिक,
“साल 2021 से हमारी बातचीत बढ़ी और उन्होंने खुद को अविवाहित बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि वे मेरी जैसी जीवनसाथी की तलाश में हैं। इस भरोसे पर मैं उनके करीब आई। उन्होंने शादी का झांसा देकर भावनात्मक और शारीरिक रूप से मेरे साथ संबंध बनाए।”
पीड़िता का आरोप है कि दिल्ली में कई बार चंद्रशेखर ने उन्हें होटल और अपने द्वारका स्थित घर बुलाया। हर बार शादी का वादा करते हुए संबंध बनाए। लेकिन समय बीतने पर उन्होंने शादी से इनकार कर दिया।

सोशल मीडिया पर खुलासा
डॉ. रोहिणी ने सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म X (पहले ट्विटर) पर कई पोस्ट कर अपनी आपबीती बताई। उन्होंने खुद को Victim No. 3 बताया और लिखा:
“उसके लिए बहन-बेटियों की इज्जत की कोई कीमत नहीं। मैंने भरोसा कर बहुत बड़ी गलती कर दी। अब किसी भी पुरुष पर भरोसा नहीं कर पाऊंगी।”
उन्होंने यह भी आरोप लगाया कि चंद्रशेखर ने उनका भावनात्मक शोषण किया और राजनीतिक अभियानों में उनसे काम लिया।

“कानूनी लड़ाई शुरू हो चुकी है। मैं अपने स्वाभिमान और सम्मान के लिए अंत तक लड़ूंगी। पीछे नहीं हटूंगी।”
NCW ने इस शिकायत पर संज्ञान लेते हुए जांच की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी है।
