हमीरपुर के सरीला क्षेत्र में बिच्छू गैंग की चौथी वारदात, प्रवक्ता के घर तोड़फोड़, फायरिंग कर मचाया उत्पात

हमीरपुर जनपद के सरीला क्षेत्र में बिच्छू गैंग लगातार एक के बाद एक वारदातों को अंजाम दे रहा है। मामूली विवाद में मारपीट व फायरिंग की घटनाएं करने वाले बिच्छू गैंग पर स्थानीय पुलिस भी अंकुश लगाने में नाकाम दिख रही है। पुलिस की लाचारी देख कर इस गैंग पर प्रभावशाली लोगों के वरदहस्त की संभावना से इनकार नहीं किया जा सकता है। सोमवार रात एक प्रवक्ता के घर पर जमकर बवाल मचाने वाले बिच्छू गैंग के मैंबर बताए जा रहे हैं।

बिच्छू गैंग का यह खेल अहम के टकराव को लेकर चल रहा है। इस गैंग के किसी भी मेंबर से किसी का मामूली विवाद होना इस पूरी गैंग को सहन नहीं होता। दर्जनों की संख्या में युवक तमंचे व हाॅकी-डंडे लेकर मैदान में कूद पड़ते हैं। इस गैंग की कोई खास पहचान भी नहीं है। जिसके चलते यह आसानी से नजर में आने से बच रहा है। गांव गांव में फैला इस गैंग का जाल युवाओं को अपराध की ओर धकेल रहा है। अपना दबदबा कायम करने की चाहत में किशोर व युवा इस गैंग मे शामिल होकर अपना भविष्य खराब कर रहे हैं। इनमें अधिकांश किशोर अथवा बेरोजगार युवा हैं।

सरीला कस्बे के हटवारा मुहाल निवासी कालीदीन वर्मा राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज उरई में प्रवक्ता के पद पर तैनात हैं। सोमवार को वह परिवार के साथ अपने घर में थे। रात करीब 11 बजे कस्बे के राहुल, समीम तथा बंगाली अपने आधा दर्जन से अधिक साथियों के साथ लाठी-डंडों व तमंचा से लैस होकर उनके दरवाजे पर जा धमके। जहां जाति सूचक गालियां देते हुए दरवाजे तोड़ने लगे। प्रवक्ता ने बताया कि दरवाजे पर हंगामा होते देख उन्होंने छत से झांक कर देखा। जिस पर आरोपियों ने हवाई फायरिंग कर दी।

दबंगों ने ईट पत्थरों से दरवाजा तोड़ने के बाद गैलरी में रखी बाइक को बाहर ले जाकर आग लगा दी। प्रवक्ता का आरोप है कि आरोपियों ने लगभग एक घंटे उनके यहां उत्पात मचाया। डायल 112 पुलिस टीम के पहुंचने के पहले आरोपी भाग गए। जरिया थानाध्यक्ष राजेश कुमार वर्मा का कहना है कि पीड़ित प्रवक्ता की तहरीर पर राहुल, समीम व बंगाली सहित एक अज्ञात के विरुद्ध अनुसूचित जाति अधिनियम, तोड़फोड़ व महामारी अधिनियम सहित विभिन्न धाराओं में मामला दर्ज किया गया है। आरोपियों की तलाश की जा रही है।
