निषाद पार्टी का प्रदर्शन: उपजातियों को एससी में शामिल करने की मांग

Hamirpur: राठ। निषाद पार्टी मछुआ समुदाय की उपजातियों को एससी सूची में शामिल करने की मांग की है। राठ नगर में प्रदर्शन किया और विधायक मनीषा अनुरागी को ज्ञापन सौंपा। बताया कि पार्टी सभी विधायकों को ज्ञापन सौंप कर सदन में अपनी मांग पहुंचाना चाहती है।

निर्बल इंडियन शोषित हमारा आम दल निषाद पार्टी के जिलाध्यक्ष विजय कुमार निषाद ने कहा कि मछुआ समुदाय की उपजातियों निषाद, केवट, मल्लाह, बिंद, कहार, कश्यप, रायकवार, धीवर, तुरहा आदि को संविधान के अनुच्छेद 341 के अनुसार अनुसूचित जाति में सूचिबद्ध किया जाए। कहा कि इन जातियों का उल्लेख 1961 के जनगणना मैन्युअल व राष्ट्रपति अधिसूचना में पहले से एससी वर्ग में है।

उत्तराखंड सरकार के 2013 शासनादेश की तर्ज पर प्रदेश की विधानसभा में भी प्रस्ताव पास किया जाए। जिले में ओबीसी प्रमाणपत्र देने की प्रक्रिया पर रोक लगाने और अनुसूचित जाति की सूची में शामिल मझवार, तुरैहा को परिभाषित कर समाज को उसका संवैधानिक अधिकार दिलाने की मांग की है।
