50 रुपये की रंगदारी मांगने पर कोर्ट के आदेश से लिखा मुकदमा

Hamirpur, UP ; बालू खदान में मजदूरी करने वाले ग्रामीण से दबंगों ने 50 रुपये की रंगदारी मांगी। न देने पर बुरी तरह से मारपीट कर घायल कर दिया। पुलिस में सुनवाई न होने पर पीड़ित ने कोर्ट में गुहार लगाई। कोर्ट के आदेश पर तीन नामजद व कुछ अज्ञात के खिलाफ मुकदमा लिखा गया।

थाना व गांव चिकासी के बृजेश कुमार यादव ने बताया बालू खदान संख्या 24/13 में मजदूरी करते हैं। 1 दिसंबर 2022 को रात 8 बजे गांव के मनीष कुमार ने खदान में पहुंच कर जबरन 50 रुपये मांगे। विरोध करने पर गालीगलौज करते हुए चिकासी के मधु, बृकेश, उदित व कुछ अज्ञात साथियों को बुला लिया। आरोप है सभी ने लोहे की रॉड, लाडी, डंडों से मारपीट की।

पीड़ित बृजेश कुमार ने बताया बताया वह चीखता रहा पर दबंगों को उस पर रहम नहीं आया। बताया मारपीट में वह गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए। साथी मजदूरों ने बीचबचाव कर किसी तरह उनकी जान बचाई। आरोपी जान से मारने की धमकी देते हुए भाग गए। घटना की जानकारी होने पर परिजनों ने उन्हें सीएचसी में भर्ती कराया। जहां हालात नाजुक होने पर डॉक्टर ने जिला अस्पताल रेफर कर दिया।

पीड़ित ने बताया थाने में शिकायत करने पर पुलिस ने दोनों पक्षों का शांतिभंग में चालान किया। वहीं आरोपियों के प्रभाव में आकर उनके भाईयों के खिलाफ ही मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया। सीओ, एसपी को पत्र भेजने के साथ ऑनलाइन शिकायत की पर कहीं सुनवाई नहीं हुई। मजबूरी में न्यायालय की शरण ली। न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट प्रथम श्रेणी के आदेश पर आरोपियों के खिलाफ थाने में मुकदमा दर्ज हुआ।
