दुर्घटना में युवक की मौत पर निर्माण कंपनी के ठेकेदार के खिलाफ मुकदमा

हमीरपुर जनपद के राठ में उरई रोड पर लगे मिट्टी के ढेर से टकराने पर बाइक सवार युवक की मौत हो गई थी। मृतक के पिता ने निर्माण कंपनी के ठेकेदार के खिलाफ कोतवाली में तहरीर दी। पुलिस ने गैर इरादतन हत्या का मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है।
थाना व गांव चिकासी निवासी महिपाल ने बताया शुक्रवार को उनके पुत्र रमेश (40) किसी काम से राठ गए थे। रात करीब 8.30 बजे बाइक से वापस लौट रहे थे। चुरहा गांव में भवानीदीन महाविद्यालय के सामने सड़क पर लगे मिट्टी के ढेर से बाइक टकरा गई। दुर्घटना में रमेश की मौके पर ही मौत हो गई।
महिपाल ने आरोप लगाया एबी इनफ्राजोन प्राइवेट लिमिटेड कंपनी ने जगह जगह मिट्टी के ढेर लगा दिए हैं। बताया ठेकेदार बिना कोई बेरिकेटिंग व रेडियम रोक के रोड चालू किए हैं। बीच बीच में मिट्टी के ढेर लगे होने से राहगीर दुर्घटना का शिकार बन रहे हैं। आरोप लगाया कंपनी के ठेकेदारों की लापरवाही से दुर्घटनाओं में मौतें तक हो रहीं हैं।
विदित हो कि उरई मार्ग पर जगह जगह लगे मिट्टी के ढेर से हादसे हो रहे हैं। रात के समय वाहन चालक अचानक सामने मिट्टी का ढेर आने पर दुर्घटना का शिकार बनते हैं। वहीं इस संबंध में चिकासी थाना प्रभारी आशुतोष कुमार सिंह ने कहा तहरीर के आधार पर ठेकेदार के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है। मामले की जांच की जाएगी।
