चालबाजी; राठ में नकली सोना गिरवी रख कर फाइनेंस कंपनी से लिया साढ़े 18 लाख का कर्ज

हमीरपुर जनपद में राठ कस्बा स्थित एक माइक्रोफाइनेंस कंपनी की शाखा में दो लोगों ने कंपनी के चार कर्मचारियों की मिली भगत से नकली सोना गिरवी रख दिया। जिसके एवज में 18 लाख 42 हजार 5 रुपये का ऋण निकाल लिया। सोने की जांच के दौरान धोखाधड़ी का मामला सामने आया। कंपनी के एरिया मैनेजर ने अपनी ब्रांच के चार कर्मचारियों सहित छह लोगों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कराया है।

पश्चिम बंगाल के नार्थ जिले के चातरपुर लेनिन गौर निवासी निहार विश्वास ने बताया वह आशीर्वाद माइक्रोफाइनेंस गोल्ड लोन कंपनी में एरिया मैनेजर हैं। उनकी कंपनी आरबीआई में रजिस्टर्ड है। बताया राठ कस्बे के उरई रोड पर उनकी कंपनी ने अपनी ब्रांच खोली थी। जिसमें ब्रांच प्रमुख अजमत नगर हरदोई निवासी संदीप, शाखा प्रमुख प्रतापगढ़ के रामपुर निवासी अनुज प्रताप सिंह, सहायक शाखा प्रमुख परसोली निवासी आलोक प्रताप व बांदा के मोहित सहायक स्टाफ के तौर पर तैनात थे।

बताया राठ के बुधौलियाना मोहल्ला निवासी दीपक सोनी व सालिकराम ने कंपनी के चारों कर्मचारियों से मिलीभगत कर नकली सोना गिरवी रख दिया। जिसके बदले में 18 लाख 42 हजार 5 रुपये का गलत तरीके से ऋण निकाल कर हड़प लिया। 26 अप्रैल को दीपक सोनी ने ब्रांच कर्मचारियों की मिली भगत से नकली सोने के बदले कंपनी से 1101128 रुपये का लोन लिया। 30 मार्च को सालिकराम ने मिलावटी सोना रख कर 273100 रुपये कर ऋण लिया।

आरोपियों ने धगवां निवासी बृजेश कुमार के नाम से 30 अप्रैल को 144136 व 17 मई को 323641 रुपये का फर्जी ऋण लिया। बृजेश के कहीं से कागजात मिलने पर उनका दुर्पयोग किया। वहीं उसके फर्जी हस्ताक्षर कर दिए। जबकि बृजेश कुमार ने कोई ऋण ही नहीं लिया न ही वह कभी कंपनी की शाखा में आया। चार कर्मचारियों सहित छह लोगों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कराया है। पुलिस मामले की जांच पड़ताल कर रही है।
