अधिवक्ता संघ राठ ने की नगर पालिका चुनाव बहिष्कार की घोषणा

Hamirpur, UP ; अधिवक्ता संघ राठ तहसील व न्यायालय कर्मचारियों पर भ्रष्टाचार का आरोप लगाते हुए आंदोलन कर रहा है। 5 दिन से अधिवक्ता न्यायिक कार्यों से विरत चल रहे हैं। सुनवाई न होने पर शनिवार को आपात बैठक की। जिसमें एकमत से नगर पालिका चुनाव बहिष्कार की घोषणा की है।

अधिवक्ता संघ के अध्यक्ष नवल किशोर नगायच ने कहा तहसील न्यायालयों में भ्रष्टाचार व्याप्त है। कर्मचारी बिना घूस लिए कोई काम नहीं करते। कर्मचारियों में व्याप्त भ्रष्टाचार से एसडीएम को अवगत कराया था। बार बार अवगत कराने के बाद भी एसडीएम ने कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की। जिससे अधिवक्ता 12 अप्रैल से न्यायिक कार्यों से विरत चल रहे हैं।

अध्यक्ष ने बताया भ्रस्टाचार के खिलाफ अधिवक्ता न्यायिक कार्यों से विरत चल रहे हैं। अधिवक्ताओं की हड़ताल के बावजूद भ्रष्ट कर्मचारियों पर लगाम नहीं लगाई जा रही है। जिससे अधिवक्ताओं में आक्रोश है। शनिवार को बैठक कर चुनाव बहिष्कार की घोषणा की। चेतावनी दी कि यदि छह सूत्रीय मांगपत्र पर ध्यान नहीं दिया जाता तो अधिवक्ता मतदान नहीं करेंगे।
