हमीरपुर; महोबा के वकील द्वारा उत्पीड़न से आहत होकर आत्महत्या करने से अधिवक्ताओं में आक्रोश है

महोबा जनपद में जबरन वसूली से आहत अधिवक्ता द्वारव त्महत्या मामले में अधिवक्ता संघ में आक्रोश है। अधिवक्ताओं ने एसडीएम अशोक यादव को ज्ञापन सौंपते हुए आरोपियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग की है। अधिवक्ता संघ राठ के महामंत्री अजय कुमार व्यास ने कहा कि महोबा के वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता मुकेश कुमार पाठक से राजनीतिक संरक्षण प्राप्त दबंगों ने जबरन वसूली की। विरोध करने पर फर्जी दुष्कर्म के मुकदमे में फंसाने की धमकी भी दी।

धमकी से आहत होकर उन्होंने आत्महत्या कर ली। राज्यपाल को संबोधित ज्ञापन में आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी व उनके खिलाफ गैंगस्टर एक्ट की कार्रवाई किए जाने तथा मृतक अधिवक्ता के परिजनों को पचास लाख रूपये की आर्थिक सहायता दिलाने की मांग की है। साथ ही अधिवक्ताओं की सुरक्षा के लिए न्यायालय परिषर व अधिवक्ताओं के बैठने के स्थान पर सीसी टीवी कैमरे लगाए जाने की मांग भी की है। ज्ञापन देने वालों में मकरध्वज सिंह, धर्मेंद्र सिंह, सत्यम सोनी, अखिल नगायच, सोहित मिश्रा, सूरजपाल सिंह परिहार, पन्नालाल राजपूत, जयसिंह राजपूत, महेश त्रिपाठी, दिलीप सिंह राजपूत आदि अधिवक्ता मौजूद रहे।
