पिता व भाई द्वारा पत्नी के साथ शर्मनाक करतूत देख आहत युवक ने कर ली थी आत्महत्या

हमीरपुर जनपद के जरिया थाना क्षेत्र में अप्रैल 2021 में युवक ने जहर खाकर आत्महत्या कर ली थी। मृतक की पत्नी ने पति की आत्महत्या के लिए अपने ससुर व जेठ को जिम्मेदार ठहराया था। आरोप है कि उसका ससुर व जेठ उसके साथ अवैध सम्बंध बनाने का प्रयास कर रहे थे। पति विरोध करता तो उसके साथ मारपीट करते हुए जमीन जायदाद में हिस्सा न देने की धमकी देते थे। जिससे आहत होकर युवक ने आत्महत्या कर ली थी।
नाजायज संबंध बनाना चाहता था ससुर व जेठ
महोबा जिले के पनवाड़ी थाने के सलैया खालसा गांव में रहने वाली महिला ने बताया 13 फरवरी 2019 को जरिया थाने के इटैलिया बाजा गांव निवासी दिनेश राजपूत के साथ शादी हुई थी। ससुर शिवकुमार व जेठ मुकेश उन्हें दहेज के लिए प्रताड़ित करते थे। आरोप है ससुर व जेठ उनसे नाजायज संबंध बनाने का प्रयास करते थे। बंटवारा न करने पर पति दिनेश उनके साथ उनके मायके आकर रहने लगे। ससुराल में रहने पर हिस्सा न देने की धमकी मिलने पर दिनेश वापस गांव पहुंच गया।
कोर्ट के आदेश पर दोनों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज
महिला ने बताया कि पिता व भाई से विवाद होने पर 6 अप्रैल 2021 को दिनेश ने जहर खा लिया। 8 अप्रैल को झांसी मेडिकल कालेज में उसकी मौत हो गई थी। आरोप लगाया पिता व भाई द्वारा मानसिक रूप से प्रताड़ित करने पर उनके पति ने आत्महत्या की। थाने सहित उच्चाधिकारियों से कार्रवाई की मांग की पर कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई। मजबूरी में पीड़िता ने न्यायालय की शरण ली। मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट के निर्देश पर थाने में शिवकुमार व मुकेश के खिलाफ दहेज उत्पीड़न, छेड़खानी, आत्महत्या के लिए प्रेरित करने आदि मामलों में मुकदमा दर्ज हुआ।
