राठ में किसानों ने खाद के लिए किया स्टेट हाईवे जाम, केंद्र प्रभारी की कार की हवा निकाली

किसानों का गुस्सा फूटा, स्टेट हाईवे पर लगाया जाम
हमीरपुर जिले के राठ कस्बे में शनिवार को खाद वितरण न होने से किसानों का गुस्सा फूट पड़ा। गल्ला मंडी स्थित पीसीएफ केंद्र पर खाद लेने पहुंचे किसानों को जब वितरण स्थगित होने की सूचना मिली तो उन्होंने स्टेट हाईवे पर जाम लगा दिया। इस दौरान करीब 40 मिनट तक यातायात बाधित रहा।
समिति प्रभारी की कार रोकी, हवा निकाली
जानकारी के अनुसार, सुबह से ही डीएपी खाद लेने के लिए किसानों की लंबी लाइनें लगी थीं। दोपहर बाद केंद्र से घोषणा की गई कि आज खाद का वितरण नहीं होगा। इससे नाराज किसान सड़क पर उतर आए।
इस बीच केंद्र प्रभारी शहजाद अपनी कार से पहुंचे। आक्रोशित किसानों ने उनकी कार रोककर सड़क पर खड़ा कर दिया और टायर की हवा निकाल दी।

प्रशासन की सक्रियता से खुला जाम
घटना की सूचना पर एसडीएम अभिमन्यु कुमार, सीओ राजीव प्रताप सिंह और कोतवाल रामआसरे सरोज पुलिस बल के साथ मौके पर पहुंचे। अधिकारियों ने किसानों को समझा-बुझाकर शांत कराया। इस दौरान हुड़दंग मचाने वाले छह लोगों को पुलिस कोतवाली ले गई। चेतावनी देने के बाद उन्हें छोड़ दिया गया।
रविवार से शुरू होगा खाद वितरण
एसडीएम अभिमन्यु कुमार ने बताया कि खाद पर्याप्त मात्रा में उपलब्ध है। लेकिन पुलिस बल की कमी के कारण शनिवार को वितरण नहीं हो सका। उन्होंने किसानों से शांति (Rath Kisan Fertilizer Jam) बनाए रखने की अपील करते हुए कहा कि रविवार से खाद का वितरण शुरू कर दिया जाएगा और हर किसान को खाद उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी।
किसान आंदोलन और खाद संकट पर सवाल
यह घटना फिर से इस सवाल को खड़ा करती है कि किसान आंदोलन और खाद वितरण की व्यवस्थाओं को समय रहते क्यों नहीं संभाला जाता। हर बार किसानों को सड़क पर उतरकर अपनी आवाज बुलंद करनी पड़ती है।
इससे पहले भी उत्तर प्रदेश के कई जिलों में खाद वितरण में अनियमितताओं और ब्लैक मार्केटिंग की शिकायतें सामने आ चुकी हैं।

राठ में किसानों द्वारा किया गया यह जाम दिखाता है कि खाद वितरण की समस्या कितनी गंभीर है। प्रशासन को चाहिए कि समय रहते व्यवस्थाएं दुरुस्त की जाएं, ताकि किसानों को परेशानी न झेलनी पड़े और सड़कों पर आंदोलन की नौबत न आए।
