राठ में फ्री की पानीपुरी खाना पड़ा महंगा, दरोगा व सिपाही पर हुई कार्रवाई

Hamirpur: पानीपुरी के पैसे मांगने पर रेहड़ी संचालक से मारपीट के आरोप में राठ कोतवाली के दरोगा व सिपाही को लाइन हाजिर किया गया है। मारपीट से आहत रेहड़ी संचालक व ग्रामीणों ने सीओ से शिकायत की थी। वहीं दरोगा ने सारे आरोपों को निराधार और दबाव बनाने की नीयत बताया है।

राठ कोतवाली क्षेत्र के औंता गांव निवासी शिवा ने बताया कि दोपहर अपनी रेहड़ी लेकर गांव में फेरी लगा रहा था। तभी कोतवाली के दरोगा शिवम दत्त व सिपाही अमित कुमार गांव पहुंचे व उनकी रेहड़ी से पानीपुरी खाईं। आरोप लगाया कि पैसे मांगने पर गालीगलौज करते हुए मारपीट कर दी। पुलिसकर्मियों द्वारा अभद्रता किए जाने से भड़के ग्रामीण मंगलवार को सीओ कार्यालय पहुंचे।

Police beat street vendor: शिवा ने सीओ से मामले की शिकायत करते हुए प्रार्थना पत्र दिया। सीओ राजीव प्रताप सिंह ने कहा कि एसपी डॉ दीक्षा शर्मा ने दरोगा व कांस्टेबल को लाइन हाजिर कर दिया है। वहीं दरोगा शिवम दत्त का कहना है कि शिवा रास्ते में रेहड़ी लगाए था जिससे आनेजाने वालों को परेशानी हो रही थी। उन्होंने रास्ते से रेहड़ी हटाने को कहा था। जिसको लेकर उनपर दबाव बनाने के लिए फर्जी आरोप लगाए गए हैं।
