हमीरपुर। उत्तर प्रदेश के हमीरपुर जिले में इंसानियत को शर्मसार करने वाला मामला सामने आया है। जरिया थाना क्षेत्र के एक गांव में 65 वर्षीय वृद्ध ने अपनी 13 वर्षीय पौत्री से दुष्कर्म किया। पीड़िता ने डर और लोकलाज के कारण पहले चुप्पी साध ली थी, लेकिन दूसरी बार दुष्कर्म के प्रयास पर उसने परदादी और बुआ को आपबीती सुनाई।
परिजनों की शिकायत पर बुधवार देर शाम आरोपी दादा के खिलाफ दुष्कर्म और पॉक्सो एक्ट की धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है। पुलिस ने पीड़िता का मेडिकल परीक्षण कराया है और आरोपी की तलाश जारी है।

पीड़िता कक्षा 6 की छात्रा है। पिता की मौत और मां के दूसरी जगह जाने के बाद वह छोटे भाई संग दादा के पास रह रही थी। 26 अगस्त को स्कूल बैग लेने घर लौटी तो दादा ने अंदर से दरवाजा बंद कर दुष्कर्म किया और जान से मारने की धमकी दी। 11 सितंबर की सुबह दोबारा प्रयास करने पर किशोरी ने रोते हुए परदादी को पूरी घटना बताई। इसके बाद दिल्ली में रह रहे चचेरे बाबा और बुआ को जानकारी दी गई। 12 सितंबर को बुआ गांव पहुंचीं और पीड़िता को अपने साथ ले गईं।

Hamirpur rap में पुलिस की कार्रवाई
बुधवार को परिजन पीड़िता को लेकर थाने पहुंचे और आरोपी दादा के खिलाफ तहरीर दी। थाना प्रभारी मयंक चंदेल ने बताया कि मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया गया है। धारा 376 (दुष्कर्म) पॉक्सो एक्ट (POCSO Act) के तहत केस दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी गई है। पीड़िता का मेडिकल कराया गया है और आरोपी की गिरफ्तारी के प्रयास तेज किए गए हैं।
