8 साल की बेटी से दुष्कर्म व 10 साल के बेटे से कुकर्म करता था पिता

#Ghaziabad, UP ; उत्तर प्रदेश के गाजियाबाद में हैवान बने पिता ने रिश्तों की मर्यादा तार-तार की करते हुए अपनी मासूम बेटी व बेटे से हवस की प्यास बुझाई। कोर्ट में तीन साल चले मुकदमे में आरोपी पिता को उम्र कैद व अर्थदंड की सजा सुनाई गई। बच्चों के दादा की शिकायत पर पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज किया था।
ग़ाज़ियाबाद के मोदीनगर में कोर्ट ने 8 साल की मासूम बेटी से दुष्कर्म व 10 साल के मासूम पुत्र से कुकर्म करने के मामले में कुकर्मी पिता को सजा सुनाई है। आरोपी का पत्नी से तलाक हो गया है। तलाक के बाद दोनों मासूम बच्चे पिता के पास रहते थे। पिता दोनों को लगातार अपनी हवस का शिकार बनाता रहा।
बच्चों के दादा ने पिता के खिलाफ रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई थी…
मामला मोदीनगर थाना क्षेत्र की एक कॉलोनी का है। यहां पर पीड़ित बच्चों के दादा ने 16 अगस्त 2020 को मोदीनगर थाने में अपने बेटे अमोल के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कराया था। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया था कि अमोल ने लगातार अपनी 8 साल की बेटी के साथ दुष्कर्म और 10 साल के बेटे के साथ कुकर्म किया है।
बच्चों से रेप व कुकर्म की धाराओं के तहत रिपोर्ट दर्ज हुई थी..
पॉक्सो कोर्ट के विशेष लोक अभियोजक हरीश कुमार ने बताया कि दादा की तहरीर पर पिता अमोल के खिलाफ पॉक्सो अधिनियम एवं बच्चों के साथ दुष्कर्म और कुकर्म करने की धाराओं में नामजद मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया। पुलिस ने छानबीन के बाद आरोपी पिता अमोल को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया था। पॉक्सो कोर्ट के विशेष न्यायधीश हर्षवर्धन की अदालत में इस मामले में अंतिम सुनवाई हुई। रेपिस्ट अमोल कुमार पर 71 हजार रुपए का अर्थदंड भी लगाया है।
तीन साल बाद इस मामले में फैसला आया..
अदालत ने पुख्ता साक्ष्य एवं गवाही के आधार पर बच्चों से यौन उत्पीड़न के मामले में अभियुक्त पिता अमोल को दोषी ठहराते हुए उसे आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाई है। विशेष लोक अभियोजक ने बताया कि अभियुक्त को 71 हजार रुपए का अर्थदंड भी सुनाया गया है। जुर्माना में से 30-30 हजार रुपए दोनों बच्चों को देने के आदेश दिए। उन्होंने बताया कि अमोल कुमार का अपनी पत्नी से तलाक हो गया था। तब से वह दोनों बच्चों के साथ रहता था। 30 जुलाई 2020 को उसने बच्चों के साथ हैवानियत की थी। तब बेटे ने इसकी शिकायत अपने दादा से की थी।
