Child rape death sentence: बांदा POCSO कोर्ट ने छह साल की बच्ची से दुष्कर्म के दोषी अमित रैकवार को मौत की सजा सुनाई। 56 दिन की सुनवाई, 46 पन्नों के फैसले में कोर्ट ने कहा—मरते दम तक फंदे पर लटकाओ।

Banda News: जिला सत्र विशेष न्यायालय (पाॅक्सो) ने छह साल की बच्ची से दुष्कर्म के मामले में बड़ा फैसला सुनाया है। कोर्ट ने 24 वर्षीय अमित रैकवार को दोषी करार देते हुए मौत की सजा सुनाई। न्यायाधीश प्रदीप कुमार मिश्रा ने 46 पन्नों का फैसला सुनाते हुए कहा— दोषी को मरते दम तक फंदे से लटकाकर रखा जाए — इसके बाद उन्होंने कलम की निब तोड़ दी।

Child rape death sentence: क्या थी घटना ?
यह घटना 25 जुलाई 2025 को कालिंजर थाना क्षेत्र के एक गांव में हुई थी। आरोप के मुताबिक, अमित रैकवार ने स्कूल से लौट रही बच्ची को गुटखा मंगाने के बहाने रोका और घर ले जाकर उसके साथ दरिंदगी की। मेडिकल रिपोर्ट में बच्ची के शरीर पर गंभीर चोटें और काटने के निशान पाए गए।
वारदात के बाद पुलिस ने आरोपी को मुठभेड़ के दौरान गिरफ्तार किया और जेल भेज दिया। 7 अक्टूबर 2025 को कालिंजर पुलिस ने कोर्ट में चार्जशीट दाखिल की।

Child rape death sentence में 56 दिन चली सुनवाई, 10 गवाह पेश
मामले में बीएनएस की कई धाराओं और POCSO एक्ट की धारा 6 के तहत आरोप तय किए गए।
12 नवंबर से ट्रायल शुरू हुआ और 56 दिनों तक सुनवाई चली।
कोर्ट में कुल 10 गवाह पेश किए गए —
- पीड़िता का इलाज करने वाले तीन डॉक्टर,
- फॉरेंसिक और डीएनए विशेषज्ञ,
- मेडिकल रिपोर्ट,
- बीएनएसएस की धारा 180 और 183 के तहत दर्ज बयान।
बचाव पक्ष ने सबूतों की कमी का तर्क दिया, लेकिन अदालत ने दलीलें खारिज कर दीं।

सरकारी अधिवक्ता ने इसे रेयरेस्ट ऑफ द रेयर केस बताते हुए कहा कि आरोपी ने मासूम के साथ घोर अत्याचार किया।
कोर्ट ने माना कि ऐसे अपराधियों के लिए समाज में कोई स्थान नहीं है और सख्त सजा ही न्याय है।

परिवार ने कहा — सुकून तब मिलेगा जब फांसी होगी
फैसला आने के बाद भी पीड़ित परिवार पूरी तरह संतुष्ट नहीं दिखा। पीड़िता की मां ने कहा — “सुकून तब मिलेगा, जब वह फंदे पर लटक जाएगा।” वहीं, आरोपी के पिता के कथित धमकी भरे बयान से गांव में डर का माहौल बन गया है।
बांदा कोर्ट का यह फैसला फिर याद दिलाता है कि मासूमों के साथ अपराध करने वालों के लिए कानून बेहद सख्त है।
यह केस न्यायिक प्रक्रिया की तेजी और पीड़ित परिवार के साहस — दोनों का उदाहरण बनकर सामने आया है।
