बॉलीवुड के मशहूर कॉमेडी किंग राजपाल यादव मुश्किल दौर से गुजर रहे हैं। बैंक ने उनके करोड़ों की संपत्ति को सीज कर दिया है। बैंक की यह कार्रवाई ऋण चुकता न होने व चेक बाउंस मामले में हुई है। अभिनेता राजपाल यादव ने फ़िल्म “आता पता लापता के लिए बैंक से 5 करोड़ रुपये का ऋण लिया था।
उत्तर प्रदेश के शाहजहांपुर जिले के बड़ा थाना क्षेत्र के रहने वाले अभिनेता राजपाल यादव ने मुंबई के बांद्रा कुर्ला कंपलेक्स ब्रांच के सेंट्रल बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया से वर्ष 2010 में 5 करोड रुपए का लोन लिया था। राजपाल यादव ने यह लोन अपनी फिल्म “अता-पता लापता” के लिए लिया था। उस फिल्म के निर्देशक थे राजपाल यादव।
ब्याज समेत जब रकम 10 करोड़ से ज्यादा की हो गई तो बैंक ने राजपाल से वापस करने के लिए कहा, तब राजपाल यादव ने 5 करोड रुपए का चेक बैंक को दिया था, लेकिन यह चेक बाउंस हो गया। इसके बाद राजपाल यादव को जेल भी जाना पड़ा था।
अब बैंक के अधिकारियों ने उनके गृह जनपद शाहजहांपुर आकर राजपाल यादव की प्रॉपर्टी को सील किया है। लोन लेते वक्त राजपाल यादव ने अपने पिता नौरंग यादव के नाम की जमीन और भवन के कागजात को गारंटी के तौर पर बैंक को दिया था।
अब बैंक ने इस जमीन और भवन सीज करते हुए नोटिस पर लिखा है कि यह संपत्ति सेंट्रल बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया मुंबई की है और इस पर किसी तरह का खरीद फरोख्त ना किया जाए।
