प्रशिक्षण के नाम पर बदइंतजामी का खुला खेल
जनपद हमीरपुर के राठ ब्लॉक परिसर में चल रहा ‘पोषण भी पढ़ाई भी’ प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम अब सवालों के घेरे में है। आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकत्रियों का आरोप है कि प्रशिक्षण के नाम पर केवल कागजी खानापूर्ति की जा रही है, जबकि जमीनी हकीकत बेहद चिंताजनक है।
गोहांड, सरीला और राठ ब्लॉक से आई करीब 100 आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकत्रियां इस प्रशिक्षण में शामिल हैं, लेकिन यहां की व्यवस्थाएं उन्हें राहत देने के बजाय परेशानी का कारण बन गई हैं।
घटिया भोजन पर भड़का गुस्सा, वापस किया खाना
कार्यकत्रियों ने आरोप लगाया कि उन्हें जो भोजन दिया जा रहा है, वह बेहद निम्न स्तर का है।
- पूड़ी-सब्जी की गुणवत्ता खराब
- डिब्बाबंद खाना बेहद घटिया
- प्रति कार्यकत्री 300 रुपये खर्च दिखाया जा रहा, लेकिन भोजन मात्र 65 रुपये का
आक्रोशित कार्यकत्रियों ने भोजन को वापस लौटा दिया और जमकर विरोध जताया।

भीषण गर्मी के बीच प्रशिक्षण केंद्र की हालत और भी बदतर है:
- पंखे लगे हैं, लेकिन चलते नहीं
- पीने के पानी की भारी किल्लत
- गंदगी से भरा वातावरण
स्थिति इतनी खराब रही कि चार कार्यकत्रियों की तबीयत बिगड़ गई, जिन्हें अस्पताल में भर्ती कराना पड़ा।

शौचालय नहीं, खुले में लघुशंका को मजबूर महिलाएं
सबसे शर्मनाक पहलू यह सामने आया कि महिला कार्यकत्रियों के लिए शौचालय तक की व्यवस्था नहीं है।
उन्हें खुले में लघुशंका करने को मजबूर होना पड़ रहा है, जिससे उनकी गरिमा और सुरक्षा दोनों पर सवाल खड़े हो रहे हैं।

कार्यकत्रियों ने आरोप लगाया कि:
- प्रति प्रशिक्षणार्थी 1000 रुपये शासन से आवंटित
- कुल मिलाकर करीब 1.85 लाख रुपये का बजट
- लेकिन जमीनी स्तर पर सुविधाएं शून्य
इससे यह सवाल उठ रहा है कि आखिर सरकारी पैसा गया कहां?
कार्यकत्रियों ने सीधे-सीधे जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों पर मनमानी और भ्रष्टाचार के आरोप लगाए हैं।

जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी इंद्रपाल सिंह ने कहा कि मामले की जानकारी लेकर जांच कराई जाएगी और संबंधित अधिकारियों से बात की जाएगी।

यह मामला सिर्फ अव्यवस्था का नहीं, बल्कि व्यवस्थित भ्रष्टाचार की ओर इशारा करता है।
अगर प्रशिक्षण में ही कार्यकत्रियों को यह हाल झेलना पड़ रहा है, तो सवाल उठता है कि वे बच्चों और महिलाओं के पोषण कार्यक्रम को कैसे बेहतर तरीके से लागू कर पाएंगी?
जवाबदेही तय होना जरूरी
यह घटना प्रशासनिक लापरवाही और संभावित भ्रष्टाचार का गंभीर उदाहरण है।
जरूरत है कि:
- पूरे मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच हो
- दोषियों पर सख्त कार्रवाई हो
