विद्युत कर्मचारियों की अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल, अपनी मांगों को लेकर की नारेबाजी

अपनी 15 सूत्रीय मांगों को लेकर विद्युत कर्मचारी संयुक्त संघर्ष समिति मंगलवार से अनिश्चितकालीन कार्यबहिष्कार पर है। हमीरपुर जनपद मुख्यालय सहित राठ में विद्यु कर्मचारी धरना प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं। मांगे पूरी न होने तक कार्यबहिष्कार जारी रखने की चेतावनी है।
कार्यबहिष्कार के दूसरे दिन राठ उपखंड कार्यालय पर कर्मचारियों ने धरना प्रदर्शन किया। प्रदर्शन के दौरान जमकर नारेबाजी की गई। सभा की अध्यक्षता उपखंड अधिकारी इं. चंदन यादव ने की। उन्होंने प्रबंधन पर तानाशाही का आरोप लगाया। कहा जब तक मांगें पूरी नहीं की जातीं हैं कर्मचारी काम पर नहीं लौटेंगे। अपनी मांगों के संबंध में भी उन्होंने विस्तार से जानकारी दी।
उपखंड अधिकारी ने बताया प्रबंधन के तानाशाही रवैये पर रोक लगाने, लंबित बोनस का भुगतान करने, कैशलेस इलाज की सुविधा प्रदान करने, कर्मचारियों व अभियंताओं को पूर्व की भांति समय के अनुसार पदोन्नति वेतनमान देने आदि की मांग पर कार्यबहिष्कार किया गया। 15 सूत्रीय मांगपत्र अपर मुख्य सचिव (ऊर्जा) को दिया था। जिस पर कोई ध्यान नहीं दिया गया।
सभा का संचालन इं. निरंजन चौधरी ने किया। उन्होंने कहा प्रबंधन हठधर्मिता पर उतारू है। उनकी जायज मांगें भी स्वीकार नहीं की जा रहीं हैं। कर्मचारी नेताओं ने पूर्व में ज्ञापन दिया था। जिसपर कोई अमल नहीं किया गया। मजबूरन कार्यबहिष्कार करना पड़ा। कहा मांगें पूरी होने तक कार्यहिष्कार जारी रहेगा। बीके पांडेय, नसीम अहमद, पंकज वर्मा, आशीष सक्सेना, मुकेश रावत, जीतेंद्र रावत, फैजुल, घनश्याम आदि मौजूद रहे।
