स्वामी ब्रह्मानंद अंतरराज्यीय क्रिकेट टूर्नामेंट का शुभारंभ हुआ। उद्घाटन मुकाबले में राठ की टीम ने लखनऊ को 19 रनों से शिकस्त देकर शानदार जीत दर्ज की। उद्घाटन कार्यक्रम में एमएलसी जितेंद्र सिंह सेंगर, चेयरमैन श्रीनिवास बुधौलिया और टूर्नामेंट अध्यक्ष धर्मसिंह राज खजांची मौजूद रहे।

राठ की बैटिंग – रोहित चौबे का दमदार अर्धशतक
लखनऊ के कप्तान देवेश तिवारी ने टॉस जीतकर राठ को बैटिंग के लिए बुलाया। राठ के ओपनर रोहित चौबे ने बेहतरीन पारी खेलते हुए:
- 67 गेंदों पर
- 8 चौके और 1 छक्के की मदद से
- 81 रन ठोके
वहीं रोहित रोरा ने 30 गेंदों पर 38 रनों का योगदान दिया।
बाकी बल्लेबाज कोई खास कमाल नहीं दिखा सके और टीम 25 ओवर में 169 रन बनाकर ऑलआउट हो गई।

- कुल 53 रन
बनाकर संघर्ष जरूर किया, लेकिन टीम 150 रनों पर सिमट गई। राठ के हर्षित ने शानदार गेंदबाजी करते हुए 3 विकेट झटके। दिलचस्प बात यह रही कि मैन ऑफ द मैच का अवॉर्ड
राठ के खिलाड़ी नहीं, बल्कि लखनऊ के रोहित चौबे को दिया गया।
