Ears cut off: शराब के लिए पैसे न देने पर दलित को तालिबानी सजा दी गयी। धारदार हथियार से उसके दोनों कान काट दिए। आइए जानते हैं पूरा मामला।

राठ कोतवाली क्षेत्र के सैदपुर गांव में शराब के लिए पैसे न देने पर दो लोगों ने ग्रामीण के कान काट दिए। एक कान कटकर जमीन पर गिर गया जबकि दूसरा मामूली रूप से जुड़ा रह गया। आरोपियों ने गालीगलौज करते हुए बुरी तरह मारपीट की है। पीड़ित ने कोतवाली में रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई है।

सैदपुर गांव निवासी चरन दास पुत्र घासीराम ने बताया कि रविवार दोपहर मंदिर गए थे। तभी गांव के पुक्कन पुत्र बद्री राजपूत व उसके साथ संदीप पुत्र रामपाल अहिरवार ने शराब के लिए पैसे मांगे। जातिसूचक शब्दों का प्रयोग करते हुए जबरन पैसे छुड़ाने लगे। विरोध करने पर मोक्षधाम की ओर ले गए। जहां धारदार हथियार से उसके दोनों कान काट दिए।

दो के खिलाफ रिपोर्ट दर्ज
आरोपियों ने उसके साथ बुरी तरह मारपीट की और जान से मारने की धमकी देते हुए भाग गए। परिजनों ने एंबुलेंस की मदद से सीएचसी में भर्ती कराया। जहां से मेडिकल कालेज उरई रेफर कर दिया। उरई से कानपुर रेफर कर दिया गया। कानपुर जाने से पहले पीड़ित चरनदास कोतवाली पहुंचा। जहां दोनों आरोपियों के खिलाफ रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई है।

Ears cut off: अपराधों की जड़ बनी शराब
गांव-गांव खुले शराब के ठेके और ठेकों पर छलकते जाम आसानी से देखे जा सकते हैं। अपराध के अधिकतर मामले शराब के नशे में अंजाम दिए जाते हैं। यह कहना अतिश्योक्ति नहीं होगी कि शराब अपराधों की जड़ बनती जा रही है।
शराब का अधिक सेवन विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन (WHO) के अनुसार लीवर, मस्तिष्क और दिल के लिए घातक हो सकता है।
