राठ; स्वामी ब्रम्हानंद अन्तर्राज्यीय क्रिकेट टूर्नामेंट के सेमीफाइनल मुकाबले में लखनऊ की टीम ने झांसी को हराया

हमीरपुर जनपद के राठ नगर में स्वामी ब्रम्हानंद अंतर्राज्यीय क्रिकेट टूर्नामेंट का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। ब्रम्हानंद स्नातकोत्तर महाविद्यालय के ग्राउंड पर चल रहे टूर्नामेंट में रविवार को झांसी व लखनऊ की टीमों के बीच पहला सेमीफाइनल मुकाबला खेला गया। जिसमें लखनऊ ने झांसी टीम को 83 रनों से करारी शिकस्त दी है। टूर्नामेंट के अध्यक्ष धर्मसिंह राजपूत ने बताया कि सोमवार को कानपुर व नागपुर की टीमों के बीच पूल बी का पहला मैच खेला जाएगा।

मुख्य अतिथि राठ विधायक मनीषा अनुरागी ने स्वामी ब्रम्हानंद की समाधि पर पुष्प अर्पित करने के बाद फीता काट कर मैच का उदघाटन किया। उन्होंने कहा कि उनकी सरकार खेलकूद को बढ़ावा देने का प्रयास कर रही है। जिससे खेल प्रतिभाओं को उचित अवसर मिल सके। खेलकूद को बढ़ावा देने के लिए उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री से नगर में मिनी स्टेडियम का निर्माण कराने की मांग की थी। मुख्यमंत्री की स्वीकृति के बाद स्टेडियम का निर्माण कार्य भी प्रारंभ हो चुका है। पूल ए के सेमीफाइनल मैच में लखनऊ टीम के कप्तान मोहित सिंह ने टाॅस जीत कर पहले बल्लेबाजी करने का निर्णय लिया।

निर्धारित 25 ओवर के मैच में लखनऊ ने पांच विकेट खोकर 224 रन बनाये। जिसमे आकर्ष सिंह ने 76 गेंदों पर 109 तथा मयूर ने 22 गेंदों पर 42 रनों का योगदान दिया। झाँसी की तरफ से राहुल जैक्सन व अक्षत सेन ने 1-1 विकेट लिया। लक्ष्य का पीछा करने उतरी झांसी टीम 21वें ओवर पर मात्र 141 रन बनाकर आल आउट हो गई। जिसमें विवेक तिवारी ने 44 व पुष्पेंद्र यादव के 24 रनों का योगदान रहा। मेन ऑफ द मैच आकर्ष सिंह को दिया गया। वहीं गेम चेंजर अनुराग चैबे को दिया गया। एम्पायरिंग विपुल, पीयूष ने तथा कमेंट्री देवेंद्र राजपूत व शीतू सेंगर ने की।
